Review Policy

1. Purpose

Safari Intelligence is developing a review system to allow travelers to share their experiences with safari operators listed in our directory. This policy outlines the guidelines that will govern the review system.

2. Review Guidelines

When the review system is activated, all reviews must:

• Be based on genuine personal experience with the safari operator
• Provide honest and fair assessments
• Not contain defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory language
• Not include personal contact information of operator staff
• Not be submitted by the operator about their own business (or competitors)

3. Review Moderation

Safari Intelligence reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate these guidelines. Reviews may be held for moderation before publication.

4. Operator Responses

Verified and vetted operators will have the ability to respond to reviews publicly. Responses must remain professional and constructive.

5. Fake Reviews

Safari Intelligence actively works to prevent fake reviews. Any attempt to submit fraudulent reviews may result in account suspension and listing removal.

6. Current Status

The review system is currently under development. This policy will be updated when the system is launched.
