Safari Intelligence allows safari operators to claim their directory listings to update information, add company descriptions, and pursue verification status. This policy outlines the claim process and requirements.
Only authorized representatives of the listed safari operator may submit a claim. This includes business owners, managing directors, or designated company representatives.

Claim requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. Complex verifications may take longer. Safari Intelligence will contact the claimant if additional information is needed.
Safari Intelligence reserves the right to approve or deny any claim request at its sole discretion. Denied claims may be resubmitted with additional documentation.
Submitting false or misleading information in a claim request is a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in permanent listing removal and potential legal action.
Once a claim is approved, the operator may request updates to their listing information by contacting Safari Intelligence. All updates are subject to review.
