Operator Claim Policy

1. Overview

Safari Intelligence allows safari operators to claim their directory listings to update information, add company descriptions, and pursue verification status. This policy outlines the claim process and requirements.

2. Eligibility

Only authorized representatives of the listed safari operator may submit a claim. This includes business owners, managing directors, or designated company representatives.

3. Claim Process

To claim a listing, operators must:

• Navigate to their operator profile page
• Click the "Claim This Operator" button
• Complete the claim form with required information
• Provide supporting documentation as requested

4. Required Documentation

Depending on the verification level sought, operators may need to provide:

• Directory Listing to Verified: Business registration, contact verification
• Verified to Vetted: Operating license, insurance documentation, additional business verification
• Advisor Recommended: Awarded at the sole discretion of Safari Intelligence advisors based on independent evaluation

5. Review Timeline

Claim requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. Complex verifications may take longer. Safari Intelligence will contact the claimant if additional information is needed.

6. Approval and Denial

Safari Intelligence reserves the right to approve or deny any claim request at its sole discretion. Denied claims may be resubmitted with additional documentation.

7. False Claims

Submitting false or misleading information in a claim request is a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in permanent listing removal and potential legal action.

8. Listing Updates

Once a claim is approved, the operator may request updates to their listing information by contacting Safari Intelligence. All updates are subject to review.
